绿⾊伸展笔 (GSP)
墨西哥是世界上孩童超重问题最多的国家。基于贫穷的因素，他们的每⽇的午餐都是低廉的⻝品⽐如炸薯条和汽⽔。由于缺乏营养⽅⾯的教育，导致这成为国家的流⾏病。墨西哥也有
全世界最多宗校园霸凌事件，即学⽣容易参与帮派以及暴⼒活动。这些健康问题以及⼼理问题导致学校学⽣都有⾮常严重的⾃信⼼降低的问题。
GSP计划的宗旨是帮助位于墨西哥学校的孩⼦们，提供他们营养的⻝物，教授他们智慧，让他们不轻易参与帮派活动来寻求保护。这个项⽬是由Connie⽼师, Anatole⽼师以及他的妻⼦Aisya⽼师带领，他们会培训在校⽼师如何做以及教授瑜伽，做绿⾊果汁，以及最重要的教授笔的故事。Connie⽼师呼吁我们⼀起来⽀持这项计划，所有捐助款项会⽀付办公室营运费⽤，培训⼈员的薪资，以及绿⾊果汁机 (他们会提供每个同学⼀个果汁机来做⾃⼰的果
汁）。
国际对抗计划⼉童超重，霸凌和⾃卑问题 Anatole Nguyen，Aisha Skoufalos以及格西⻨克在2015年创⽴了绿⾊伸展笔这个项⽬。这是⼀项由墨西哥政府批准的项⽬，⽬的是为了提供良好的营养，运动和智慧给予墨西哥的23, 000, 000孩童。⽬前已经有7,600个孩⼦和⽼师参与这个项⽬，我们也⾮常开⼼地把这个项⽬在其他国家运作！
Green Stretch Pen (GSP)
Mexico is the nation that has the most obese children in the world. The reason behind this was poverty. Their daily lunch is cheap food, such as french fries and soft drinks. Due to a lack of nutrient knowledge and education, this becomes a national epidemic. Mexico also ranks the most school bullying cases in the world, such as involved in gangsterism and
violent activities. All these health and psychological problems had caused a lack of confidence among the pupils.
Green Stretch Pen (GSP) is a project to help Mexican schoolchildren, provide them nutritious food, teach them wisdom stop them from involving in gangsterism for protection. This project is led by Teacher Connie, Teacher Anatole, and his wife, Teacher Aishya. They will train the school teachers on how to do and teach Yoga, make green fruit juice, and most importantly teach the Pen Story. All the donations will be used to pay for office operation cost, trainers’ salaries, and the green fruit juice blender (they will provide each student with a juice blender to make their own fruit juice).
International programs to fight Child obesity, bullying, & low self-esteem Anatole Nguyen & Aisha Skoufalos, along with Geshe Michael, founded Green Stretch Pen in 2015. This is a program approved by the National Congress of the Government of Mexico with the aim of providing good nutrition, exercise, and the seeds of the wisdom of the Diamond Cutter Sutra to some 23 million Mexican children. 7,600 kids and schoolteachers are already participating, and we are happy to provide programs in other countries!
