Diamond Mountain Retreat Center
The Diamond Mountain Retreat Center (DMRC) was established in the year 2000, in Arizona. The goal of DMRC is to create a whole transformation for the global community which is a cultural shift that makes the retreat possible.
Michael Roach has a big plan. He wants this to be a refuge for people from all over the world, where they can practice peacefully and get away from distractions from their routine lives. There are 27 retreat rooms in DMRC for students to study and practice retreats.
Malaysia is supporting Cottage 1, for some maintenance, and expenses equipment. Cottage 1 is able to operate and provide a good and comfortable environment for people to go there to study. Cottage 1 is named White Cloud. It is located in the centre and close to quiet and dry. The is a great option for those who prefer a sense of community and support in their practice. The house is designed with separate rooms for sleeping, relaxing, cooking, bathing and meditation practice, thus it is very comfortable whether living alone or as a couple. When the weather is warm, the floors and ceilings make the bedroom and practice The room stays cool, while in winter, the sun porch warms the entire house. All walls are decorated with natural American clay colours.
